Sessions focus on stabilization, coping strategies, risk assessment, and developing an appropriate plan to support immediate needs and ongoing treatment.

Family Psychotherapy

Couples Psychotherapy

Couples psychotherapy focuses on addressing relationship concerns that may contribute to emotional distress, communication difficulties, conflict, or impaired interpersonal functioning. The therapist works with the couple to identify unhealthy patterns, improve communication and problem-solving, strengthen emotional connection, and develop healthier coping and relationship skills. Group Psychotherapy

Group psychotherapy provides a supportive, confidential environment where clients work with others experiencing similar concerns. Sessions focus on developing coping skills, improving emotional and interpersonal functioning, building support, and working toward individualized treatment  goals. Pre-Approval Required
